圓點小教室細則及聲明：
1. 學費以月份形式繳交，每個月的學費均為議定價錢。
2. 請在每個月的15號或之前繳交下個月的學費，以確保下個月的學位。若未能在每個月的15號或之前繳交學費，學生的學位將被取消，並提供給輪候名單上的下一位學生。
3. 所有已繳交的學費，一律不可退換或轉作其他用途。
4. 家長須依時接送學生，家長及賓客不可進入課室。如接送學生，請準時到達中心，並於門外等候。
5. 如學生於上課時受傷，本中心將根據商業保險《第三者責任保險》履行所需責任，如在中心外發生事故，本中心一律不負責任。
6. 學生若因事或病請假，家長需上課前已WhatsApp通知本中心方可獲安排補課，無故缺席“沒有任何通知”不設補課。
7. 學生如無故缺席、事假、病假或退學，已繳交學費不予退款及不獲保留。
8. 補堂必須在1個月內完成補堂，不可延期超過1個月。
9. 公眾假期無須上課，所有課堂將不設補課。
10. 黃色暴雨警告訊號、紅色暴雨警告訊號或三號風球訊號，本中心照常上課。
11. 當黑色暴雨警告訊號、八號風球或懸掛更高風球時，所有課堂一律停課。
12. 中心工作坊費用全免，不包含校外比賽之舉辦單位收取的報名費，工作坊只限中心學生參與。
13. 工作坊時段人數有限，先報先得，一經報名後不可更改。
14. 工作坊以小組形式上課，不提供補課及順延。
15. 學生報名工作坊需全額支付當月學費，單堂報名不提供工作坊報名。
16. 學生中途暫停學習繪畫課程，已報名工作坊名額將被取消。
17. 本中心有權將工作坊相片、錄影用於圓點小教室及相關品牌的Facebook專頁、網站或其他宣傳活動。
18. 所有學生及家長須遵守所有中心細則/聲明，一經報名即表同意及明白中心細則及聲明。
19. 如細則/聲明之中文版及英文譯本有任何差異，一切以中文本為準。
20. 圓點小教室保留一切權利。

Circle Point Learning Centre Terms and Conditions:
- Tuition fees are payable on a monthly basis and are at an agreed price.
- Please pay the tuition fee for the next month on or before the 15th day of the current month to ensure your child’s place for the following month. If the tuition fee is not paid by the 15th day of the month, your child’s place will be cancelled and given to the next student on the waiting list.
- All tuition fees paid are non-refundable and cannot be transferred for other purposes.
- Parents must pick up and drop off their children on time, and are not allowed to enter the classroom. Please arrive at the centre on time and wait outside if picking up your child.
- If a student is injured during class, the centre will fulfill its obligations under the commercial insurance “third-party liability insurance”. The centre will not be responsible for accidents that occur outside the centre.
- If a student needs to take leave due to personal reasons or illness, parents must notify the centre via WhatsApp before the class to arrange for a make-up class. No make-up classes will be arranged for unexcused absences without prior notification.
- If a student is absent without excuse, takes personal or sick leave, or withdraws from the programme, the tuition fee paid will not be refunded or retained.
- Make-up classes must be completed within 1 month and cannot be postponed for more than 1 month.
- There are no make-up classes during public holidays.
- The centre will operate as usual during yellow or red rainstorm warnings or typhoon signal No. 3.
- All classes will be suspended when the black rainstorm warning signal, typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.
- The centre’s workshops are free of charge and do not include the registration fee charged by the organizing unit for off-campus competitions. Workshops are only open to centre students.
- The number of participants in the workshop is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once registered, no changes will be allowed.
- Workshops are conducted in small groups and make-up classes and postponements are not provided.
- Students who sign up for the workshop must pay the full monthly tuition fee. Workshop registration is not available for single classes.
- If students suspend their painting course midway, their workshop registration will be cancelled.
- The centre reserves the right to use photos and videos from the workshop for Circle Point Learning Centre and related brand’s Facebook page, website or other promotional activities.
- All students and parents must comply with all centre rules and regulations. By registering, you agree to and understand all the centre’s terms and conditions.
- In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English translation of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- Circle Point Learning Centre reserves all rights.
