7. 會員應保管好個人帳號和密碼，並對其使用負有責任。會員不得將帳號和密碼透露給任何第三方，並對所有在其帳號下進行的活動負有責任。

8. 圓點小教室有權隨時終止或暫停圓點網上會員資格，若發現會員有違反規定或濫用會員權益的行為，包括但不限於盜用他人帳號、傳播不當內容或破壞網站正常運作等。

9. 圓點小教室對於網上購物過程中可能出現的技術故障、網絡連接問題或其他不可抗力因素導致的影響，不承擔責任。但將盡力協助會員確保解決問題並提供合理的補救措施。
